Over the bank holiday weekend a team of 34 amazing local residents came along to the library and volunteered their time. They cleaned, and scrubbed, dismantled, disposed of rubbish, prepared and painted the whole of the first floor, and - a very dedicated team -removed staples from the wooden floor on the ground floor. It was lovely to meet old acquaintances and make new friends - we are hugely grateful to all of you
